What Are The Bumps On My Skin After Being Treated For Scabies?

After taking meds for scabies four days ago. If I see bumps come up, does this mean I still have. They are definitely not ones I had seen before. Does the medicine make the bumps come up?
I do two permithin treatements and still fealt in my head and this week took a oral. My head still feels like I have movement.
Am I going crazy feeling sensations or do I still have them.
When do I know for sure after taking meds that I don't have them.
