What Are The Bumps On Penis Shaft?

im 15 years old ive never had sexbut ive done oral. There is a 2 little bumps one on top of the other one right where the shaft starts they dont really hurt, when i try and pop them they have pus come out whne i pop them, im not sure what they are im to scared to ask my parents so i was wondering if u could tell me. They are the same color as my skin and only a 1/4 of a cm big they seem to be going away but im not sure whatto make of them
