What Are The Bumps Seen In The Episiotomy Surgery Site?

I'm 23years old, 5'5' and weigh 114lbs, I had my baby daughter almost 3 years ago, at the time I had an episiotomy with no problems but than an inner hernial ring tear (not sure if that's the exact definition) which was also repaired. I noticed that there has been much stretching too it, and I almost see some bumps that look like they could be the sutcher? what is this? am I seeing the sutcher or just the way the scar tissue has formed?
