What Are The Causes Of Increased Vaginal Size?

My wife is not satisfied during sexual intercourse, she doesnt talk but I myself feel the her vagina is too big. What the cause of a vagina getting big. I suspect she has been abused sexually at an early age. She wanted to tell me but she is afraid to do so. Pls help! Am 32, 1.7m and healthy.
