What Are The Causes Of Pain All Over The Body?

I am HIV poz for 24 years. Am taking 40mg dolophine for general malaise but now I have head-to-toe body aches. I was on prednisone 20mg qd but discontinued that due to an injury. I have recovered from the injury and the body aches have been present for the last five days. I am 53 y.o. 6' and 175#. Aside from HIV no other med. problems (as if HIV isn't enough). Should I take a medrol dose pak for these aches as Ibuprofen and Dolophine don't seem to help. Many thanks.
