What Are The Chances For Recurrence Of Genital Warts?

Hello, I had genital warts years ago and I have not had any reoccurrences for ages and ages fortunately. I am concerned though that having sex with my long term partner is putting him at risk even though I don t have any warts but I don t want to worry him. What should I do?
