What Are The Chances For Recurrence Of Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment?

my dr used cryo/pneum surgery on my eye due to rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. surgery date was march 24, follow up date was march 27. next appt is apr 13th. should it be sooner than apr 13th to keep my eye checked upon in case of reoccurrence of detachment?
