What Are The Chances For Tumours In Diverticulum Along With Bladder?

My Husband has just been diagnosed with a 2-3 tumor of the bladder, but now we have been told, and waiting for confirmation, that it might also be in his Diverticulum, any help would be appreciated, is the Diverticulum near the the bladder, I always though it was near the Colon or Stomach area. Thanks for any help you can give.
