What Are The Chances Of HIV Infection After Pricking Finger With Needle?

I work at a group home and while doing a diabetic accucheck, I accidently poked grazed my finger and had a small prick. I immediately washed my hands and placed covered the wound. We have case files for our patients and hers doesn't mention having Hep B or C, or HIV. Should I be fine?
