What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Broken Skin?

Hello Dr., Can you please help me out? On 2/14/15, I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with an escort . This was my 1st and only sexual encounter. I understand that HIV transmittal is virtually impossible via oral sex, however I did notice some broken skin underneath the tip of my penis adjacent to the circumcision mark. It is a VERY small area and not deep enough to bleed but deep enough to the point where it is wet to touch directly . This is probably due to abrasion due to masturbation in prior nights. I m pretty paranoid and am wondering how concerned I should be. Would HIV transmittal be a lot more likely in my case? I m looking to get an RNA test for a fast result and plan on doing so once 11 days have elapsed. I ve had no symptoms of any other STD so far. Do you recommend this test?
