What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Open Wounds?

Hi i work in a pharmacy and we deal with a lot of people that are on drugs or have been on drug and a guy came in and he had cut his finger really bad which my boss dealt with and cleaned everything after he went then about 3 hours later he came back with his perscriptions and it had dry blood smears all over the back and a bit on the front of both pieces of paper and I didn't really realise until I handed them over is they any possibilty that I could catch HIV from the dried blood smears that were on the scripts?
