What Are The Chances Of Achieve Conception When Having Phimosis?

I was diagnose of phimosis thaugh i am capable of having intercourse whitout hving a retraction of the forskin (assuming natural woman lubrification).
We are trying to have a child since 4 months... Could that be that the speed of my ejaculation is reduced because of foreskin a bit and is not reaching the cervic area.... Are our chances of fertility reduced ?
