What Are The Chances Of Cancer Based On This Blood Report?

I just received blood work results: I have a low white blood cell count of 3 and slightly high protein results. Cholesterol is borderline and Thyroid is good. Vitamin D deficiency also noted. I have a history of sever anemia (2008) secondary to heavy menstrual cycles/fibroid tumor corrected by hysterectomy. Also, antibiotics from dentist 3 years ago. Family (Mom) history of Vitamin D deficiency, multiple myeloma in remission, and osteoarthritis. Should I be seriously concerned about cancer? I will turn 50 next month.
