What Are The Chances Of Cellulitis Recurring?

Hiya, I had cellulitis about a year and a half ago in my foot which was caused by an infected blister. I had to be treated in hospital for 2 weeks getting antibiotics, however, I am getting a tattoo this Friday and would like to know if I was to get the tattoo would the cellulitis occur again!!??
