What Are The Chances Of Conceiving With PCOS?

Hi . Iam 25yrs, weight 57kg and height is 5.1 inches. My period is irregular and i have PCOS. I took metformin, glucophage and also femara for egg development. I had ultrasound on 13th day of my cycle. The follicle in left ovary measures 1.8X1.4cm and the other one with hemorrhagic appearence measures 2.2X2.0cm. Does the two follicles ruptures and when could be the ovulation date? How is my chance of conceiving?
