What Are The Chances Of Conception After Removing IUD?

Had intercorse for 3 days (19th,20th and 21st December) then had copper IUD removed due to it sitting in the birth canel. Last period start date was 13-14th December, removal date was 22nd December. Is there a chance of conception? If so, what percentage?
