What Are The Chances Of Conception With 50% Sperm Motility?

I am 30 yeas old female..married since 2 years..my husband aget is 36 years..iam TTC...recently did our fertility test...I had my TSH level is 13.38 and T3 and T4 within normal limits.I have started on Thyronorm 50 mcg by endocrinologist. I used get my periods in 32 to 34 days cycle before starting on thyronorm. My AMH level is 2.74 with satisfactory fertility. And FSH,LH,and prolactin levels within normal limits.USG of abdomen and pelvis suggest normal ovaries and uterus.no significant finding.My husband semen analysis suggest of 40 million sperm count ..50Percent active motility.and Grade2 sperm motility. ..can I still get pregnant naturally.or I have to go for assisted reproduction technology? ?
