What Are The Chances Of Fertility Having Blockage In Tube?

Hi I am just about to turn 29, I am female looking to fall pregnant as well. For the last 3 years have had several gynological surgeries including removal of cysts and one tumor (non cancerous). I have one blocked tube and had an infection in my uterus for over 18mths. I also have gastic reflux disease and apparently irritable bowel. My ESR over the last 18mths has gone from 12 to 66. I feel tired a lot and run down, I keep getting chest infections, pneumonia, colds, tonsilities you name it. My Dr. does not know what to do with me. My CPR is also raised and I had one blood test come back saying I was anemic then three days later he repeated the test and it was ok. I really am becoming quite desperate.
