What Are The Chances Of Fertility Having Blockage In Tubes?

hi i am married for last 7 years and have daughter of five and a half years, was trying to concieve for the past 2 years and now i went for check up and found my tubes were blocked , i went for a laproscopy and right tube is opened and left is blocked fromthe centre and also bioposcy was done and found i am suffering from mycobactium TB i have started off with medicines but really really uset please help me will i be able to concieve is this problem can be transfered to my husband also i am 36 years of age please answer i will be really greatfulto you thanks
