I'm eighteen and have been on tri sprintec for two and a half weeks. my boyfriend and I have been having protected sex up until last night when we got carried away and he ejaculated without protection. I started it day one of my period which I heard makes it immediately effective. is this true? am I protected by my pill from pregnancy after two and a half weeks?
