What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant If We Are Using Withdrawal Method?

hi! i gave birth sept 7 of last year and breast fed until mid march. i have had my first period since giving birth last february 13. my husband and i do not use any type of contraceptive just withdrawal method. since last month, i haven't had my period again. could it be i am pregnant?
