What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant While Breastfeeding Baby?

hi,we have 4 month old child and my wife breastfeeding him,we had intercourse for last one month only, will there be any chance of getting pregnancy when breastfeeding a baby?and will there be any chance of irregular period after normal delivery?pls advise for both of my questions.
