What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant While Having Irregular Menstrual Cycle?

Hi I'm a 22yr old woman who is currently trying for my second child. I have been trying for 7 months now and still nothing. I recently had my period on the 11/4 to the 17/4 and then from the 26/4 to the 1/5 I had some light bleeding. Could I be pregnant?
