What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant With Thyroid And PCOS Problems?

Hello doctor, my name is laxmi my age is 27 I have thyroid and having medicine plus I am suffering from pcos problem. Can I conceive,my period is irregular but sometimes it show that it is normal just can t understand my gynecologist told me yes I can conceive but I, still have little confusion about conceiving.
