What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Penetration?

Hello doctor Im very concerned of having a pregnancy im not prepared for. can genital contact without any penetration inside the vagina make you pregnant? I missed my period one month and after one week i took a test and it showed negative i took 3 tests at a stretch and a urine sample test from the hospital i received my preiods the month after but the bleeding was not heavier but dark red like the normal period but only lasted for about 2 and half days im very concerned doctor could i be pregnant?
