What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Penetration?

I have missed my period, going on two weeks now. I haven't had sex with my boyfriend we have just fooled around. I have been exercising alot lately and have just gotten off of antibiotics and painkillers from a surgery. Is there a good possibility that I am pregnant or am I just stressing?
