What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Penetration?

I have been taking birth control for about 7 years now. But I had unprotected sex and not sure if I should get the Plan B or if I should be okay. I heard the pullout method doesn't work, so kinda freaked out now. I am supposed to "start" on Friday. What should I do?
