What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Penetration?

hello, i'm 19 and last wednesday me and my boyfriend had sex, we used condoms but on friday my period was due but never showed. on sunday i found the condoms in my trash bin and one of them had a tear in it about a inch wide near the tip. this morning i had slight cramps along with some subsequent bleeding that went away for a few hours then came back. could i be pregnant or is it too soon to tell?
