What Are The Chances Of Healthy Pregnancy Having Dermoid Cyst In Ovary?

Should Dermoid Cyst be removed? Can i have a healthy baby in spite of dermoid cyst in my right ovary. I recently miscarried my first pregnancy and during the ultrasound found dermoid cyst. Will this cyst be a cause for miscarriage. If the dermoid cyst does not affect pregnancy then can i ignore this cyst for time being and during birth of baby shall we do a C section and remove the dermoid cyst as well? I think the cyst is a small one and non cancerous. Is there any chance that my first pregnancy caused this Dermoid cyst? or the other way (dermoid cyst caused miscarriage)
