What Are The Chances Of Healthy Pregnancy While Having Vaginal Spotting?

My wife has tested weak positive pregnancy in PUT. Doctor suggested to take blood test on alternative days. Ist blood report was 514 reading and 2nd report was 834. Now doctor is suggested to take scanning after 10 days. Her last period was on 9th of Feb. And on 27th of Feb she had spoting. Is she healthy pregnant.
