What Are The Chances Of Miscarriage After Mirena Removal?

hello! I had a Mirena IUD for about three and a half years after having my first child (with a normal pregnancy) and the uid came out a little over a month ago. I just found out after taking a test I am pregnant and I am concerned could I miscarry easy since I hadnt had a heavy period after the iud came out or and I just worrying?
