What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After An Abortion?

hai dr we had an abortion five years ago and after it my wife is not able to conceive again. her hormones have become irregulur. and also she has put on lots of weight. The doctor of Lady harding govt hospital rudely said she could not conceive and u go for ivf treatment with icsi facility as some of my test shown negative i dont know why we are not able to become parents.
