What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Inserting IUD?

I have an IUD and I have unprotected sex very regularly. I don't get my period anymore, so I wouldn't know if I missed it or not. I also smoke marijuana and take Lamictal for my bipolar disorder. Can my medication and marijuana affect my IUD's effectiveness? What is the likelihood of a pregnancy?
