What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Removing Fallopian Tubes?

hello i had a eptopic pregnacy 8 months ago and had 2 have my tube out, i have had normal periods since but i am about a month late on this one, i have done a number of pregnacy test and they have all come back negative? do you know whats wrong with me?
