What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Ipills?

I'm on the pill but think I may be pregnant, I'm wondering about the probability of this. I'm not suppose to start until 2/10 but for the last week my breasts have been hurting and I'm exhausted regardless of how much I sleep. Also, last month my period was very irregular. Is this possible?
