What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Ipills?

Hello, I am 18 years old and last week I had protected sex with my boyfriend. We used a condom that did not break and used properly. I took Plan B One Step an hour later and also took a birth control pill the day after. I took Plan B the day before my period was due and now I am 8 days late and my right nipple is sore . Is this because of the birth control or am I pregnant?
