What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Ipills?

I am in my second 21 pill pack of ovranette. Sometime since the start of the pack and now (5 days later) i missed one pill. I took this pill as soon as i realised i had missed one and have continued to take my pill as normal at the same time everyday. I am just worried am i safe from becoming pregnant.
