What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Based On This Pelvic Sonography Report?

I underwent a Pelvic Sonography. This is my report. I want to know that is there any chances of me being pregnant looking at my report. LMP is 16-02-2015. Uterus is normal and measures 73*48*37mm. Endometrial thickness is 7.7mm. Endometrial cavity is empty. Posterior wall intramural fibroid measures 10*6mm. Rt. Ovary : 3.2*2.6*2.2cms. Volume is 9.34ml. Number of follicles 10. Lt. Ovary : 3.3*3.0*2.0cms. Volume is 10.65ml. Number of follicles 10. Both adnexae are normal. No solid or cycstic adnexal mass is seen on either side. No free fluid is seen in cul-de-sac. Confirmed on TVS. CONCLUSION : UTERINE FIBROID. THICK, ECHOGENIC ENDOMETRIUM. Please help me to answer my question. THANKYOU.
