What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Having Arcuate Uterus?

Hi Doctor, I am 28 year old married for past 2.5 years. I had a dermoid cyst operation on my left ovary by laproscopy in 2004. I was detected with PCOS in 2005. I was leter put on Diane 35 till the time we decided to have a baby in 2009. Doc put me on glycyphage, folivite, duphastone etc. But unfortunately had a miscarriage with 7 weeks. immly after 7 months again i had miscarriage within 9 weeks. Its almost a year now since the second mis-carriage. Recently hysteroscopy has been done & polyps removed. The report suggested that i have an arcuate uterus. What are the chances of me getting a healthy baby this time. As we are planning again.
