What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Having Diagnosed With Anovulation?

i have been told i have anovalation but i dont no why i have my period i feel at times when im ovulating, and im only 24 and me and my partner have been trying to become pregnant thats how i found out that i have this problem i want to no why i have it and how can i change this???
