What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Having Irregular Periods?

hello doctor i got married in June but i have not yet got pregnant my periods are not regular. I got my last periods on DEC 21 but today is 10th of Feb i checked for pregnancy test on 2 Feb it showed me negative. What should i do now can i get pregnant?
