namaskar,my wife 30years old,we have 6years old doughter. now we want 2nd.issue but my wife is suffering from 3months overian cyst in left &right side and alongwith thyroid.she is taking homeopathy treatment from three Months.Nowleft cyst size 40mm&30mm and right overy cyst size 19mm&26mm. TSH 4.09. Plz.advise for treatment above mention overian cyst &thyroid .
