What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy In Women With Low FSH Levels?

Hi doctor, i am 28 years old and married since 2 years 6 months.. We are planning to have a baby soon, met a doctor recently and done tsh, prolactin and follicular study, as per doctors, my follicles were not growing,given for fsh test, now fsh showing 4.13 mlU/ml . Is this normal..? ?
