What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy In Women With Low Follicular Size?

Hi its ib from pakistan. I m getting treatment from my gynae doctor. She is triggng my follicles. In past month it was 17mm but i didnt concive, then she give me menotrophin inj. I hav taken atleast 20 inj in last 2 months and in yestrdy TVS, my follicle was arround 14mm. Plz tell me that is there any chances of getting pregnency in this month or later on or should i change my treatment. Should i go for ivf or somthng else. My husband reports are normal and its 4 yrs passed of our marriage.
