What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy In Women With Spina Bifida?

I am 25, married for nearly 2 years. I m in a wheelchair most of the time with spina bifida. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant without a doc because of the cost. My eating and peeing has changed a little recently and I was wondering could I be pregnant or am I just over thinking?
