What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Post Non Penetrative Intercourse?

I have a question about pregnancy and any help you could give me would be great. My boyfriend and I haven t had intercourse, however, he did have sperm on his hands when he fingered me. I dont think there is any possibility that could be pregnant, but my boyfriend has done research and insists that sperm does not die when it hits the air and is still live for a few hours. Also, it happened during my ovulation. Is there any possibility of pregnancy?
