What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Through Ruptured Condom?

My boyfriend and i were having sex and the condom came off inside me but i didnt know it until about two weeks later when it fell out during using the bathroom. Either way the sperm got inside me, so could i be pregnant? My urine is also dark yellow. Could that be a sign?
