What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy When Diagnosed With Cyst In Ovary?

Hi I am getting problems to get pregnant. I have one ovary which is the right and it has a cyst about 25mm n three tiny fibroids .My doctor did give me a treatment of birth control pills to help shrink the cyst and it did . Now he give me clostil to take to try to get pregnant even though I have the cyst still .I am wondering if the will have any side effect and any chances of having a baby which longing for.
