What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy While Diagonised With Multiple Small Follicles In The Ovaries?

hello i am geetha shankar, 29 years old. my endometrial thickness is measured 12 mm and both ovaries having multiple small follicles. i am taking thyroid tablet for 1 year and now it is in controll.(1.47 while it was 6. 65 followed by 8.16). From marriage to now is 1 year. No any problem to my husband refer to semen test . taking medicine (folic acid, benforce, thyroid tablet) Is there any possiblities for pregnancy?
