What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With High Motility Rate Of Sperms?

hi i am nithu from india..... i am 24 yrs female tring to conceive since feb 2010... i am around 50 kgs and 5 ft tall..... i had my hsg in december and had patent tubes after which a u/s showed cyst in my left ovary and removed it by lap in january and have had 3 iui's done from then.... i am 7 dpiui with my 3rd iui..... i had a follicle that ruptured at 20 mm and one more that din rupture and was 16mm... my lining was 9mm.... my hubby's sperm count after washing was 50 million with 95% motility..... are there chances for me to get pregnant this month.... i was on letoval from Cd2-Cd5 and i am on folic acid and naturogest now..... i am also having a lot of farting for the past three days.... i am feeling dizzy.... is this because of the meds or am i having symptoms pls explain....
